myGoodGuest LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myGoodGuest platform operated by myGoodGuest LLC ("myGoodGuest," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Platform

myGoodGuest is a three-sided responsible travel rewards platform connecting independent property Stays, their guests, and local partner businesses through the Responsible Travel Loop — a rewards system that incentivises good guest habits, preserves properties, and supports local communities. The platform is accessible at mygoodguest.com and is operated by myGoodGuest LLC, Florida, United States of America.

2. Account Types

The platform serves three types of users: Stays — independent property owners and managers who enroll their property in the myGoodGuest network and fund a guest rewards wallet. Guests — travellers who access the guest wallet using a unique 6-digit code provided by their Stay. Local Partners — local businesses listed in the rewards network who offer rewards to myGoodGuest guests. Each account type has different access levels and responsibilities as described in these Terms.

3. Stay Subscriptions

Stays may subscribe to one of the following plans: Starter — Free. Basic platform access with no wallet funding required. Good Stay — $9.00 per month. Full dashboard access, custom reward values, guest wallet, local partner management, and analytics. Super Stay — $19.00 per month. All Good Stay features plus unlimited property listings, multi-property analytics, and priority partner placement. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Stays may cancel at any time and will not be charged for subsequent months.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal date. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Guest Rewards Wallet

Stays may fund a guest rewards wallet separately from their subscription. Wallet funds are used to reward guests for qualifying behavior and are not myGoodGuest revenue — they are held on behalf of the Stay until redeemed by a guest. A minimum balance of $10.00 is required to activate guest rewards. Rewards are automatically paused if the wallet balance reaches $0.00. Unused wallet funds are refundable within 30 days of deposit provided no rewards have been redeemed against those funds. After 30 days or once rewards have been redeemed, wallet funds are non-refundable. Refund requests may be submitted through paddle.net or by contacting us at hello@mygoodguest.com. myGoodGuest charges a commission of 5–10% on all wallet funding transactions. This commission is deducted at the time of the top-up transaction and is not refundable.

5. Rewards System

Guests earn points through four reward types: Tidy Habit, Eco Stay, Local Explorer, and Five Star Stay. All reward claims require Stay approval before points are confirmed and added to the guest's spendable balance. Points are converted to dollar values at a rate of 10 points per $1.00. Guests may redeem confirmed points for local partner vouchers or, upon reaching a minimum balance equivalent to $25.00, for international gift cards through the Rewards Without Borders program. Gift card fulfillment is managed manually by myGoodGuest and will be delivered to the guest's registered email address within 2 business days of request. myGoodGuest reserves the right to adjust the points conversion rate, reward thresholds, and available reward types with 14 days notice to active Stays.

myGoodGuest curates local partners with care, however we are not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, or conduct of any local partner business listed in the rewards network. Guests participate with local partners entirely at their own discretion. myGoodGuest accepts no liability for any experience, injury, loss, or damage arising from a guest's interaction with any local partner business.

6. Badges

myGoodGuest awards three badge types to enrolled Stays: myGoodGuest Verified — awarded to all active enrolled Stays in good standing. Founding Stay — awarded permanently to the first 100 Stays to enroll on the platform. This badge is non-transferable. Landed — awarded exclusively and permanently to the first Stay to enroll in each new country. Only one Landed badge will ever be issued per country. Badges may be revoked if a Stay's account becomes permanently inactive, violates these Terms, or is cancelled. myGoodGuest reserves the right to reassign Founding Stay and Landed badges from permanently inactive accounts.

7. Account Inactivity

myGoodGuest monitors account activity to maintain platform integrity. Accounts showing no activity for 90 consecutive days — including no guest codes generated, no wallet transactions, and no dashboard logins — may be paused or cancelled at myGoodGuest's discretion. You will receive an email notification at least 14 days before any account action is taken, giving you the opportunity to reactivate your account. myGoodGuest reserves the right to reassign any badges, including Founding Stay status, from permanently inactive accounts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information when creating an account; attempt to claim rewards fraudulently or without completing the qualifying action; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account or data; interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform; use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent. myGoodGuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the myGoodGuest platform — including the brand name, logo, mascot (Gus), tagline, platform design, copy, and the Responsible Travel Loop concept — is the intellectual property of myGoodGuest LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any myGoodGuest intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law myGoodGuest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to property. myGoodGuest's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and notify active users by email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Stays may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stay Dashboard. myGoodGuest may terminate any account that violates these Terms, remains permanently inactive, or for any reason with 14 days written notice. Upon termination your access to the platform ceases immediately. Any unused wallet balance refundable under Section 4 will be returned within 30 business days.
